Well trained Safety Committees and Representatives play a critical role in the prevention of loss to people, property and process in the workplace.   Course content includes on overview of: what is a Safety Management System and its benefits, principles of legislation, the internal responsibility system, how to participate in hazard recognition and control, workplace inspections, work refusals, handling other worksite safety concerns, running effective Safety Committee Meetings and more!  Attendees will actually practice HANDLING a work refusal and more!

Note: To be EFFECTIVE and IMPACT the life safety your people and your company they need more than 1 day of training!  We strongly recommend that all Safety Committee members receive training in Job Hazard Analyses, Incident Investigation and Workplace Inspections.
